Terms & Conditions

Basic Terms and Key Definitions

The following terms explain how our website, game information and references to third-party casino operators should be understood. Visitors should review these definitions before using external platforms or playing online slots with real money.

• Website User: Anyone who visits our pages and uses the information available on gemix.uk.com.
• Player: An adult who chooses to play through an external casino and accepts that operator’s rules.
• Stake: The amount deducted from a casino balance when a game round begins.
• Balance: The amount shown in a player’s casino account after deposits, wins, deductions or withdrawals.
• Winnings: Funds credited to a casino account according to the result and rules of a completed game round.
• Refund: A possible return of funds when an operator confirms a technical error or another valid reason.
• Login Details: An email address, password or other information used to access a casino account.

Check the Conditions Before Playing

Players should review the game rules, payment terms and casino conditions before using real money. Any unclear point should be discussed with the relevant operator rather than placing a bet without knowing the applicable requirements.

• Read the game rules before starting real-money play.
• Ask the casino support team to explain unfamiliar conditions.
• Review payment and bonus terms separately.
• Do not place bets while important limits or rules remain unclear.

RTP and Game Outcomes

RTP is a theoretical percentage that reflects a game’s expected payout over a long period. It does not guarantee a particular result during an individual session or round. Actual outcomes depend on the game mechanics, stake and random results.

By using gemix.uk.com, visitors confirm that they have reviewed these terms and accept responsibility for deciding whether, where and how they choose to play.
